[Remote] Subcontract Procurement Administrator (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stage 4 Solutions is seeking a Subcontract/Procurement Analyst to support a leading global aerospace company. The role manages the full procurement lifecycle for hardware and electrical components, including sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiations, purchase order placement, supplier performance, and subcontract administration for DOD programs while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, performance specification, commercial and build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs for specific and miscellaneous electrical hardware
• Duties will include; preparation of bid packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, selecting or recommending subcontractors, performing price analysis, subcontract/PO documentation and placement, invoice reconciliation, negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Working with program personnel and other areas of the business. This position will require the individual to manage commodities with moderate complexity and a high volume of purchase requisitions
• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
• Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority
• High volume purchase requisition to PO placements in support of USG munitions ramp

Skills

• 6+ years of Subcontract Procurement/buying experience
• SAP experience
• FAR/DFARs purchasing experience with the electrical components
• Ability to manage a high-volume commodity that requires some research and challenges in sourcing
• Bachelor s degree
• Heavily preferred candidates with previous government purchasing experience
