Quebec Solution Inc is seeking an experienced Systems Operations Manager to support large-scale healthcare systems and production operations. The role focuses on healthcare claims processing, Medicaid/MMIS environments, maintenance and operations, production support, service management, operational stability, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support large-scale healthcare systems and production operations
- Managing system availability, operational stability, and service delivery
- Strong experience with Escalation Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ability to work effectively with account leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Skills
- Independent Visa Only
- 3+ years of direct experience supporting Healthcare Claims Processing Systems
- Experience in Medicaid, MMIS, Payer, Provider, or Managed Care environments
- Strong Maintenance & Operations (M&O) experience
- Production Support, Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management
- Claims Adjudication
- Eligibility
