The Salters Group is seeking tax accountants at staff, senior, and manager levels for a generalist CPA firm serving high-net-worth individuals, S-Corps, and partnerships. The roles involve preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting tax planning and strategy, managing client engagements or portfolios, and mentoring or growing teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual & entity returns; support planning
- Review complex returns; lead engagements; mentor staff
- Own client portfolios; drive tax strategy; grow team
Skills
- Manager: CPA or EA required
- Recent public accounting tax experience
- Staff / Senior: public accounting tax experience
- CPA/EA a plus
