The Salters Group is seeking tax accountants at staff, senior, and manager levels for a generalist CPA firm serving high-net-worth individuals, S-Corps, and partnerships. The roles involve preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting tax planning and strategy, managing client engagements or portfolios, and mentoring or growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual & entity returns; support planning
• Review complex returns; lead engagements; mentor staff
• Own client portfolios; drive tax strategy; grow team

Skills

• Manager: CPA or EA required
• Recent public accounting tax experience
• Staff / Senior: public accounting tax experience
• CPA/EA a plus
