Remote Tech / Ops Project Manager
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking anexperienced Tech / Ops Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and operationalinitiatives across multiple clinic locations.This role is approximately 70%IT-focused, supporting EMR platforms, system improvements, vendor management,and staff training.The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who can askthe right questions, manage vendors effectively, and drive initiatives fromplanning through execution.Location :Remote, Denver, COSalary :$110,000-$130,000 plus benefitsKey Responsibilities :Lead IT and operationalprojects from scoping through completion, including timelines, vendorcoordination, training, and system optimization.Support and oversee EMRplatforms, primarily G Gastro (ModMed) and Epic, across multiple clinics.Partner with vendors, afractional CIO, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implementsolutions.Manage strategic ITinitiatives such as EMR upgrades, system enhancements, and potential vendortransitions.Train clinical andadministrative staff on EMR workflows, functionality, and best practices.Maintain clear documentationfor systems, processes, and project activities.Ensure HIPAA compliance andadherence to data security best practices.Manage multiple projectssimultaneously while prioritizing high-impact initiatives and deadlines.Qualifications :5-7 years of projectmanagement experience with a strong IT and operational focus.Experience leadingenterprise technology initiatives, preferably in healthcare or regulatedenvironments.Hands-on experience with EMRsystems; G Gastro (ModMed) and / or Epic strongly preferred.Proven ability to managevendors and deliver IT system improvements.Strong organizational,communication, and multitasking skills.PMP or equivalentcertification preferred.Experience with RingCentralor similar telephony systems is a plus..
