Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NIIT Limited is seeking a CSOD Technical Engagement Manager to lead the technical delivery of large, complex Cornerstone OnDemand projects. The role coordinates technical workstreams with project and technical teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered successfully.
Responsibilities
- The Technical Engagement Manager will serve as the technical delivery lead, working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, technical teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders to ensure that technical workstreams are planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered successfully
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, technical project management, integration management, solution delivery, or a related field
- Strong experience managing technical workstreams for large enterprise projects
- Experience working with CSOD implementations, integrations, or technical consulting
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical teams, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- CSOD certification or relevant Cornerstone technical certification
- Experience with CSOD integrations and Edge, APIs, SFTP, and data exchange
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms
- Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar technologies
- Experience managing global projects involving teams and stakeholders across North America and Europe
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project/delivery certification
