Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Access Healthcare is seeking a Technical Product Manager to combine product management and client success responsibilities across its product suite. The role coordinates product development priorities and delivery, leads customer demos and discovery, translates client needs into product requirements, and manages communication among engineering, sales, operations, client success, and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to manage/drive product development priorities, roadmap execution, and delivery timelines as a Technical Product/project Manager
- Serve as primary liaison between internal Operations and external clients (existing and prospective) for product-related needs
- Work side-by-side with Client Success and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to support the deal lifecycle
- Lead and support product demos and discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients
- Support product solutioning from a business/commercial angle, translating client needs into product requirements
- Coordinate across product lines (front-end, mid-cycle, backend) to ensure consistent client-facing messaging and solution fit
- Create polished customer-facing artifacts (presentations, proposals, solution decks) leveraging AI tools for efficiency and quality
- Act as a trusted stakeholder-facing representative across internal (engineering, sales, ops) and external (client) audiences
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience in technical product management, ideally in a TPM or hybrid PM/Client Success capacity
- Strong track record of customer-facing/stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools to build presentations, demos, and customer artifacts
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client success teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Software Delivery, or related roles
- Experience supporting software development projects and cross-functional technology initiatives required
- Prior exposure to RCM, healthcare tech, or SaaS product environments a plus
- Healthcare technology, healthcare services, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
- Experience working in Agile software development environments preferred
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, automation initiatives, data projects, or digital transformation programs preferred
