Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The company is a FinTech organization seeking an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to support high-impact technical hiring. The role focuses on building strategic talent pipelines, identifying senior and leadership-level technical candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and providing market insights in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles such as front-end, back-end, mid-level software engineering, data engineering, Infra, Data Science, ML, and other engineering talent
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level positions
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines
- Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- • 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting SWE and specialized technical hiring
- • Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership talent
- • Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations
- • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- • Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
- • Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling sales teams
- • Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets
