[Remote] Technical Solutions Consultant - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a workforce solutions provider supporting clients across technology and other professional sectors. AGW is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders, advise on advertising solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues involving advertising measurement and delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal partners
• Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement and delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers)
• Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions
• Investigate technical escalations using logs, data, and API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes or workarounds

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across advertising and business ecosystems (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel)
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
• Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Experience with large-scale social media or advertising products
• Experience in client-facing roles
• A foundational understanding of coding (writing code is not a requirement for this role)
