We are seeking a dynamic, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the front line of Power Dry’s growth efforts. This role is all about building relationships, creating trust, and generating new referring partnerships across plumbing companies and insurance agents. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Build And Manage a Strong Sales Pipeline Through Strategic prospecting and account mapping Email campaigns, newsletters, and social media (primarily LinkedIn) In-person networking events, educational events, etc Relationship Building & Follow-Up Serve as the primary point of contact for new referral partners Education & Brand Promotion Professionally represent Power Dry at networking events Promote the Power Dry brand through face-to-face interactions and thought leadership Reporting & Performance Track leads, activity, and opportunities using CRM tools Use data and insights to continuously improve outreach strategies 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience ~ Proven ability to build relationships and generate referral-based business ~ Technologically proficient (CRM, email, social media, virtual meeting tools) ~ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally ~ Company-paid health insurance for the employee Vision and dental insurance (two dental plans available) ~ Company-paid short-term and long-term disability ~ Company-paid life insurance ~Paid time off and holidays Visit our website for more information Job Type: Full-time
