[Remote] Territory Sales Representative (New York/New Jersey)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AGNES Medical America is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow its presence in an assigned geographic region. The role focuses on developing new business, building relationships with medical practices, presenting products, managing sales activities, and supporting existing clients.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, remote Territory Sales Representative role responsible for growing AGNES Medical America’s presence within an assigned geographic region
• The Territory Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with dermatology, aesthetic, and medical practices, and present AGNES solutions through product demos, trainings, and virtual or in-person meetings
• Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• The role also involves collaborating with marketing and clinical teams, attending industry events or webinars, and providing ongoing support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Skills

• Demonstrated skills in territory management, prospecting, and pipeline development within a healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic device setting
• Strong consultative sales abilities, including needs assessment, solution-based selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and standard office software for tracking activities and reporting results
• Self-directed work style with strong time management, organization, and follow-through in a remote environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, clinical education, and customer support
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Familiarity with dermatology, medical aesthetics, or medical devices is highly beneficial
