What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Provide evidence-based care to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other common behavioral health conditions
• Develop treatment plans and support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to professional and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted independent license: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW (or state equivalent)
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Multiple state licenses highly desirable
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable conducting video-based sessions
