Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CGS Business Solutions is recruiting for an unnamed nationwide financial services customer seeking a contract Transformation Program Analyst/BA. The role supports mortgage servicing transformation by gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements, translating them into solutions for the enterprise Servicing CRM system, and coordinating with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements from Servicing stakeholders
- Map current-state and future-state business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams
- Support the product backlog by helping refine and prioritize requirements with the product owner
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and user acceptance testing
- Assist with UAT and validate that delivered features meet business requirements
- Develop clear, comprehensive UAT test scripts that servicing staff can follow without technical assistance
- Analyze operational data and build basic reports to track process performance and support decision-making
- Act as a liaison between Servicing and technical teams to keep requirements clear and aligned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Understanding of mortgage or lending servicing operations
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Asana
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reverse mortgage/HECM experience a plus
- Basic SQL or reporting skills (e.g., Power BI) to support data analysis is a plus
