Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Travel Booking Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role involves working directly with clients to organize travel arrangements while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages Provide recommendations based on client preferences and needs Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of travel details Communicate with travel partners and vendors Provide support before, during, and after travel Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with online systems and booking platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is helpful Schedule & Work Environment Remote position Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate client needs Independent, self-directed work environment Training & Support Training and onboarding provided Ongoing support and resources available
