Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to support the design, refinement, and validation of digital products and applications. The role translates business requirements into user-friendly interfaces using Figma, validates features through UAT, and collaborates with development teams on implementation.
Responsibilities
- The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma, validating UI/UX features through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with development resources to ensure high-quality implementation
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma , including wireframing, prototyping, components, variants, and design libraries
- Experience designing web applications, dashboards, portals, or enterprise software products
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability standards
- Experience conducting UI validation, UAT, usability testing, and defect tracking
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed development teams
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable
