Remote US Appointment Setter | BDR — Clear English Required
PolyTrades (USA) is hiring FULL-TIME remote outbound callers / BDRs for a US construction growth company. Multiple seats. You cold call US general contractors and project managers to get our partner contractors added to their bid lists. High-volume phone work. You don't close deals — you open doors and set follow-ups. Pay (USD, paid weekly via Wise):
- $4–6/hr on the clock
- +$200 per closed lead
Hours:
- Full-time, 40+ hours/week
- 6–8+ hours/day, 6 days/week
- Must cover US Pacific (PST) time zone
The work:
- High-volume outbound calls to GCs and PMs across US markets
- Get past gatekeepers to the decision-maker
- Introduce our partner contractors, qualify the opportunity, set the next step
- Follow up on submitted bids and keep relationships warm
- Log every call and outcome in our CRM (Salesmate) — accurately, every time
- Feed market intel back to the team
REQUIREMENT: Clear, natural English with a minimal accent. US contractors must understand you easily. Resilience and tenacity in a volume-driven environment — you keep energy up call after call. Philippines / Pakistan / India / Egypt / Kenya and similar welcome. Must have: laptop, headset with mute, stable internet, quiet room. Past experience in solar / real estate outbound calling is a strong plus. Construction / subcontractor / trades background also a plus. EASIEST APPLY:
