Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GBIT (Global Bridge InfoTech Inc) is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to serve as a subject matter expert for qualitative and quantitative research. The role involves defining research plans, overseeing studies and teams, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting expansion into new research areas.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and FTE leads to define project details and build complete research plans
- Oversee screeners, moderation guides, and supporting documents so they match research goals and expected outcomes
- Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research using a range of UX research methods
- Manage and guide research teams to deliver quality work on time
- Provide data-driven evidence of the team's impact to build stakeholder confidence and support growth
- Share clear, actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders and support expansion into new nodes
