Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compest Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end implementation and legacy modernization initiative for LPL Financial. The role will design, develop, test, and deploy Varicent compensation management solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Lead discovery and design activities for Varicent implementations
- Review and design Varicent solution architecture
- Design and develop Varicent databases and commission calculation systems
- Create technical specifications based on business requirements
- Design and support system integrations
- Build, test, and deploy Varicent components, reports, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
Skills
- Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant on large end-to-end implementations or legacy modernization projects
- Expertise gathering Varicent technical requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Extensive experience with Varicent design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience designing Varicent databases and compensation/commission management solutions
- Experience with Varicent reporting and integrations
