Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fulchester Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a confidential U.S.-based client for a Vice President, Growth Strategy. The role leads growth-strategy engagements, advises senior stakeholders, identifies commercial and customer-growth opportunities, and turns strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, including responsible evaluation of AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth-strategy engagements from discovery and stakeholder workshops through recommendations and implementation planning
- Develop growth strategies, commercial improvement plans, and measurable performance objectives
- Advise senior stakeholders and facilitate executive-level decision-making
- Assess customer, operational, and commercial opportunities using relevant data and business insight
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Evaluate appropriate AI-enabled workflows and support responsible implementation
- Partner with client stakeholders to align recommendations with practical business needs and delivery priorities
Skills
- At least 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, aligned with the final scope of the role
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic engagements, consulting projects, or transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial analysis, executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience developing growth strategies, commercial improvement plans, or customer-growth initiatives
- Practical understanding of AI adoption, workflow improvement, and responsible implementation
