Remote Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. This role involves collaborating with our production team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, promotional materials, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage to create compelling and high-quality content that meets project specifications.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall production value.
• Maintain a consistent style and tone across all video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production.
• Organize and maintain video files and assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video content and workflow processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with various video formats and platforms, including social media specifications.
