Remote Volunteer Workshop Facilitator Cougs 4 Kids

Help Cougs 4 Kids deliver engaging remote workshops that expand skills, confidence, connection, and opportunity for underserved youth and young people. Volunteer Workshop Facilitators lead approved, interactive virtual sessions in areas such as leadership, college and career exploration, wellbeing, communication, community service, and life skills. Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver approved virtual workshop content Create a welcoming, accessible, age-appropriate learning environment Encourage participation without pressure or public disclosure of private information Use approved activities, discussion prompts, and digital tools Coordinate with a virtual chaperone or program lead before and during each session Follow time, attendance, privacy, recording, and youth-safeguarding procedures Avoid individualized legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or admissions advice Gather participant feedback and submit session notes Escalate safety, boundary, or wellbeing concerns immediately Qualifications: Experience in teaching, training, facilitation, coaching, youth programs, community education, or public speaking Clear, engaging, inclusive communication Comfort facilitating groups through virtual meeting platforms At least 21 years old and willing to complete a background check Ability to follow approved curriculum and supervision procedures This is a remote, recurring or project-based role available within the United States.
