[Remote] Western US Regional Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AUX AIR USA is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategies across Texas, Louisiana, and the Western United States. The role manages and grows customer accounts, identifies new business opportunities, trains distributors and contractors, and collaborates across departments to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account specific business plans to identify the short term and long-term requirements that will lead to strong, profitable, and successful partnerships
• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow sales with existing and new accounts
• Identify target customers and build relationships with those distributors
• Identify customer problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them
• Lead sales and technical product training
• Conduct regular business planning/review meetings with customers
• Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location

Skills

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development and Account Management
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Market Analysis, and Networking
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Google Workspace
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
• HVAC Industry experience is required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related fields is a plus
