[Remote] Workday Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is recruiting for a Workday Consultant contract position supporting a leading healthcare client. The role provides consulting and best-practice guidance, configures and administers systems, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, supports HR applications, analyzes data, and contributes to system architecture and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consulting and best practice guidance independently 70% of the time
• Configure and administer systems 30% of the time
• Manage vendor relationships independently 80% of the time
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) research and resolution
• Complete data analysis and validation across systems and processes
• Provide technical support for HR Applications
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve project initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem
• Advise customers on industry standards and leading best practices
• Participate in system architecture design/consulting

Skills

• 4+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with a Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with Technical Certification and/or College Courses
• 8+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions
• Extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects
• Experience in customer consulting and cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS)
• Experience in application configuration and product feature design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts effectively
