[Remote] YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoreVia Staffing is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist for seasonal tax-season marketing campaigns. The specialist will manage YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns and support paid social execution across Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage YouTube and Google Demand Gen advertising campaigns across the marketing funnel
• Execute campaign trafficking, quality assurance (QA), audience targeting, creative management, budget allocation, and campaign maintenance
• Monitor delivery, spend, pacing, creative performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying issues and optimization opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
• Support paid social campaign execution across Meta and TikTok during peak periods
• Collaborate with media, creative, analytics, and data teams on campaign planning, creative updates, reporting, and measurement
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure timely, detail-oriented execution across multiple concurrent campaigns

Skills

• Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, building, and optimizing YouTube and Google Demand Gen advertising campaigns
• Practical experience managing campaigns across multiple stages of the marketing funnel
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, creative management, budget pacing, and optimization
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with the ability to provide hands-on campaign execution support
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to make optimization decisions
• Familiarity with digital media reporting, measurement, and performance tracking tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
