Job Title: Dynatrace Admin Location: Remote Duration: 6-12+ months Contract Onsite Description Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service). /" SKILLS_REQUIRED Dynatrace SaaS Administration Dynatrace One Agent Deployment & Management Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones Dynatrace Workflows & Automation Dynatrace APIs Alert Configuration & Event Management ITSM Integration (ServiceNow, Fresh service, Jira) CMDB and Asset Management Integration Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Kubernetes / OpenShift Monitoring Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash REST APIs and JSON 6-10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability. 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience. Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring. Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
