Total compensation: $70,000 base salary $250/mo Mileage Reimbursement $50/mo Cell Phone Reimbursement = $73,600 annual pay We are a small, steadily-growing, local residential Property Management company in central Denver. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who wants to grow within the property management industry! WholePM currently manages 600 properties around the Denver Metro area. Please note we are only considering candidates currently residing in the Denver metro area and working full-time in residential property management in our market. This position's purpose is to own the management of a portfolio of mostly single-family rental homes, from scheduling maintenance work orders, to move-out and move-in inspections, assisting with daily operations, and answering questions and requests from owners and tenants. Reliable transportation is a must. Portfolio will be capped at around 100-110 doors. Duties: Represent Whole Property Management in a professional and knowledgeable manner Manage one direct report - your portfolio's Assistant Property Manager Conduct move-in and move-out inspections at our rental homes, coordinate cleaning & maintenance Handle the periodic inspection process Vet, approve, and schedule work for maintenance requests Maintenance request follow-up to completion Handle the leasing process for newly signed properties and properties that are turning over Renew leases Handle other day-to-day property management tasks as assigned Attend and report out at weekly meetings, typically via video conference Work a weekend rotation every 12-14 weeks (gets you an additional 4-day weekend and shortened preceding work week). Skills and Requirements: At least 1 year professional residential property management experience required CO Real Estate License preferred, must obtain license within 120 days Experience with Buildium or Appfolio (or similar platforms) a plus Dependable vehicle and driver's license required Laptop required Outstanding communication skills through phone, email, and in person Proficient computer skills Smart phone and internet access Open, honest, trustworthy, and dependable Motivated and driven to succeed with little supervision Hours: 40 hours per week, generally 9am-5pm; this is a work-from-home position with some travel to our rental properties; no required office hours. We do have an office in the Highlands you'll be free to use if desired. You will be on one weekend rotation once out of every ~12 weeks and you'll get 2 comp days off.
