Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and restocking. Organize and maintain the store's layout to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience. Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Collaborate with store management to create and implement effective sales and promotional strategies. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing merchandise. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and address any issues or concerns. Support store visual merchandising by ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines. Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and managing store records. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and make suggestions for process improvements.
