The position is open to professionals across retail-related subdomains, including pharmacy operations, retail supervision, general management, and private investigation in retail. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the focus.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
- Contribute insights on best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements across retail trade subdomains.
- Create, evaluate, and refine written content related to retail operations, sales processes, and customer service interactions.
- Assess and validate the logical consistency of retail problem-solving methods and decision-making processes.
- Participate in structured discussions to clarify terminology, operational nuances, and context-specific challenges within the retail environment.
- Deliver actionable recommendations for improving AI outputs based on real-world retail expertise.
- Collaborate remotely using strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear, effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail trade, operations, or relevant subdomains.
- Ability to clearly explain complex operational processes and scenarios in written and verbal formats.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing and validating workflows, procedures, and case studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
