Revenue Cycle Specialist Department: Billing Employment Type: Full Time Location: United States Reporting To: Billing Manager Compensation: $40,000 - $52,000 / year Description We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Cycle Specialist to own day-to-day accounts receivable operations working with health plans. This is an opportunity to make a big impact in a small team by driving efficient systems, clean data, and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Submitting medical claims to health plans and generating payer invoices. Generate and send customer invoices based on service agreements or order volume. Apply incoming payments and monitor AR aging reports. Follow up on past-due accounts and communicate professionally with clients about outstanding balances. Support revenue recognition processes and collaborate with BD or operations on billing accuracy. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management Minimum of 3 years of experience submitting medical claims and appealing denials. Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel/Google Sheets. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset.
