Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor

Opulence Home Equity is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reverse Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the unique process of reverse mortgage lending. Responsibilities:

• Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing
• * Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files
• * Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines
• * Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clear conditions
• * Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updates
• * Ensure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines
• * Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-related issues on time
• Qualifications:
• Previous mortgage processing experience required
• * Reverse mortgage / HECM processing experience strongly preferred
• * Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance timelines
• * Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills
• * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
• * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• * Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems preferred
