Our client is seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Nurse Consultants to join our dynamic team.This role blends clinical expertise with data analysis to improve care coordination, quality metrics, and medical cost savings across adult patient populations.Key Requirements :Minimum 2-3 years of recent bedside experience in ICU, ER, or ED settingsMust commit to a consistent weekly schedule :5 days 8 hours / day4 days 10 hours / day3 days 12 hours / day (36 hours total)Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate comprehensive patient medical records by consolidating data from multiple sourcesApply clinical judgment to reconcile conflicting informationBuild strong relationships with providers and staff across multiple practicesTrain and support providers and staff on Vatica's technology and processesFollow up with providers to ensure timely completion of tasksShare best practices and clinical insights with fellow consultantsRequired Skills & QualificationsActive RN licenseStrong critical thinking and attention to detailProficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentationFamiliarity with diagnosis, billing, and quality measures coding (a plus)Technologically savvy and comfortable with software toolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment95% accuracy standard required for production. Experience: 3 years required
