Roofing Client Relations and Project Manager

Job Overview As a Roofing Client Relations and Project Manager, you’ll guide roofing projects from sales hand-off through completion, keeping clients informed and coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and site activities. You’ll connect construction plans and client needs with clear, organized project execution. Your impact: By coordinating work and communicating progress clearly, you help clients make informed decisions and crews complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, project coordination, contracts, and construction project management activities from kickoff to closeout. Coordinate construction schedules, site teams, subcontractors, and project updates; address issues promptly and keep work aligned with project plans. Support construction estimating, cost management, and construction budget management; track changes and communicate impacts. Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and project documents to coordinate scope and requirements. Maintain project records and support construction regulations and regulatory compliance using construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Experience in residential construction; roofing construction experience is preferred. Background in client relations, project management, and bookkeeping. Knowledge of project scheduling, construction scheduling, construction schedule coordination, and time management. Ability to understand contracts, and support cost and schedule coordination; experience managing complex infrastructure projects is a plus. Familiarity with project management software and construction management software. Roofr, Excel, Hailtrace, and CompanyCam are relevant tools; experience with any is preferred. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote
