Responsibilities: Plan master and transactional data migration covering open and posted GL, historical and open AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory balances, and Jobs data. Select Intacct API or CSV imports by data domain and sequence loads to minimize transaction counts. Define reconciliation checks for trial balance, subledger-to-GL, aging, and job cost/WIP, and advise on detailed history versus summarized balances. Required: 4+ years of Sage Intacct data migration experience across 3+ full implementations. Hands-on expertise in CSV imports, REST or XML APIs, and the Intacct data model. Proven experience migrating and accurately reconciling high-volume historical AP/AR transactions and Jobs data, beyond open items alone. Preferred: Intacct certification or partner experience, with multi-entity and multi-currency experience preferred. Experience with Platform Services, Smart Events, or ETL tools such as Boomi, Celigo, or Workato.
