Role Description This is a remote, pure commission Sales and Marketing Specialist role (no base salary). You will be responsible for driving adoption and growth of Lucy AI’s solutions. On a day-to-day basis you will: Identify and nurture prospects Conduct product demos Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing Develop and execute basic marketing initiatives (campaigns, email sequences, LinkedIn content, and simple sales materials) Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and turn them into clear value-driven messaging Train new clients on best practices for using Lucy AI Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales and marketing performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (full-cycle experience strongly preferred) Comfortable working on pure commission with no base salary Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing / outreach Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with clear accountability for results Analytical skills to track performance and adjust activities Previous experience in SaaS, AI, or customer support technology is preferred but not required Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business
