Sales Coach Debt Settlement

SecureWay Financial | Plano, TX (remote coaching considered) | Contractor We are a front-end debt settlement company with a growing advisor team taking live inbound transfers all day. We are not hiring a sales director, and we do not need a strategy deck. We need someone who has closed debt settlement enrollments for years, has led a sales team in this space or coached one, and can get on calls with our advisors week after week and make them better. What the work is Listening to recorded and live calls and giving advisors direct, specific feedback on what to change on the next one. Running short coaching sessions, one-to-one and in small groups, on the parts of the call that decide the enrollment: taking control in the first sixty seconds, building the debt picture, handling objections, and asking for the enrollment with conviction. Role-playing objections until the advisor can handle them without notes. Spotting advisors who are losing closable calls, and telling us plainly who is coachable and who isn't. Reporting back to leadership in a few lines after each session: what you worked on, who moved, what you want to see next week. Who we are looking for Several years of personal debt settlement sales, with the numbers to show for it, plus time leading or coaching a team of closers in this space. You know the TSR and the enrollment rules, and you coach hard inside them; we want urgency and conviction on the call, never pressure that creates a complaint. You are comfortable being blunt with adults who want to earn more, and you can do it without flattening them. You can work from call recordings and transcripts, where most of the coaching evidence lives, and run sessions over video as easily as on the floor. Spanish is a plus; many of our advisors and consumers are bilingual. Terms Contract, invoiced weekly, and seeking 15-30 hours of support per week, with room to grow for the right person. Sessions are scheduled around our floor hours (Central Time).
