Sales Engineer

We are hiring for a Sales Engineer for our Customer Solutions team to act as a bridge between business and development, with the ability to understand both the technical and business sides of integrations.
Requirements
Experience & industry knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.
- Familiarity with different business and distribution models in the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).
- Proven experiance in client facing roles
- Proven Sales experience is an advantage
Technical skills
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation: API specs, JSON/XML, and comfort using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to write requirements and functional specifications that serve both business and development teams.
Core competencies
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and resolve problems; process-oriented but pragmatic.
- Able to run several projects in parallel while staying organized and on top of everything.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and clients; proactive, willing to speak up when something doesn't add up.
Languages
- Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
3+ years client and supplier integrations in travel industry; familiarity with OTA, bedbank, TMC models; technical documentation reading (API specs, JSON/XML), Postman, Jira, Confluence; analytical and communication skills; professional English and Chinese.
