Gulf Coast Gutter and Aluminum is a full service residential and commercial aluminum company doing business from St.Pete/Tampa, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key and down to Nakomis and all locations along the Gulf Coast in this area. We handle all facets of gutter, soffit, fascia, hardie board siding and soffit and aluminum siding to include mobile homes up to the largest apartment complex's and business locations. No job too small or too big and all sales are backed by a ten year warranty on all labor from our expert crews and materials we use that are the industry best. Role Description This is a contract and remote role for a Gutter, Soffit, and Aluminum Estimator/Sales professional. Day-to-day tasks include preparing accurate project estimates, managing client inquiries, handling sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities involve identifying new business opportunities, effectively communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring project goals align with client expectations. This is a 100% commission position with a strong percentage of sale - best in the area for sure. Sales materials, contract forms and business cards provided.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and fostering client satisfaction Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and uncover new opportunities Proficiency in Project Estimation to prepare accurate and competitive proposals Self-motivated and capable of working independently and remotely Familiarity with construction or home improvement industries is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Will train the right candidate in all aspects of the business Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities and achieve growth objectives. Proficiency in Project Estimation to provide accurate and competitive pricing for services. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet deadlines effectively. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Industry experience related to gutters or construction is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or estimation preferred.
