A consultative, relationship-first approach and a track record of achieving sales goals. Clear, persuasive communication and strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills. The initiative to work independently and the collaborative mindset to succeed as part of a team. Comfort reviewing construction drawings and specifications, or a willingness to develop this skill. On-target earnings: $90,000–$120,000, based on achievement of annual sales quota. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with Safe Harbor contribution. Paid time off and holidays. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Travel expense reimbursement. Ready to Build What’s Next?
