Sales Support / Lead Follow-Up Assistant

Keep sales follow-ups and customer records organized. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Update lead records and document customer requests. - Follow up on open inquiries using approved messaging and next steps. - Arrange handoffs to sales, quoting and fulfillment when customers are ready to proceed. What will help you succeed - Accurate recordkeeping and professional written follow-up. - You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
