This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization operates within the federal contracting sector, specializing in modernizing aging systems and supporting missions across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. It addresses challenges related to outdated infrastructure and mission-critical operations by delivering tailored, high-impact solutions to over 60 federal clients. About the Opportunity: The SALESFORCE DEVELOPER is responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements. The role involves working across various Salesforce technologies to create efficient, well-tested applications that support meaningful public sector missions, ensuring alignment between technical development and operational needs. Responsibilities: Lead alignment between baseline Salesforce metadata and operational processes. Validate data architecture, object models, security, and portal access in target environments. Guide configuration and development to maintain package dependencies. Design and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle. Develop scalable code following best practices. Integrate Salesforce with external systems. Perform code reviews and troubleshoot applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery. Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend enhancements. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience in Department of Defense/Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud). Must be a US Citizen. Preferred: TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred. Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
