About The Role Nitya Software is hiring a Salesforce Developer/CRM Analytics Lead for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of Salesforce experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions, including dataflows, recipes, datasets, dashboards, and lenses. You will also guide data modeling and integration approaches so that analytics outputs are reliable, secure, and useful to business teams. This position calls for someone comfortable working across the full analytics lifecycle, from understanding requirements and preparing source data to developing visualizations and supporting adoption. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating their needs into well-structured data models and accessible analytics experiences. The role also involves applying sound governance practices and helping ensure that users see the appropriate data for their responsibilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 10 or more years of Salesforce experience, including substantial experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics. Strong working knowledge of dataflows, recipes, datasets, SAQL, and data modeling is required. Experience designing star schemas and denormalized datasets is important, along with the ability to develop effective dashboards and lenses that communicate findings clearly. Relevant experience with Einstein Discovery and integrations between Salesforce, ERP platforms, and APIs is expected. You should understand data security and governance principles and be able to apply them when building analytics solutions. Strong communication skills are essential: you will need to listen carefully, clarify requirements, explain technical decisions in accessible language, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders. A structured approach to problem-solving, attention to data quality, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting will be valuable.
Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions that address business reporting and decision-making needs. Develop and optimize dataflows, recipes, datasets, dashboards, and lenses, using SAQL and appropriate data modeling techniques. Create star-schema or denormalized data structures based on analytical requirements, source-system characteristics, and performance considerations. Connect and prepare data from Salesforce, ERP systems, and APIs, coordinating with relevant technical teams to resolve integration and data-quality issues. Apply appropriate security and governance controls to analytics assets and support responsible access to business information. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, shape those requirements into clear technical designs, validate outputs, and communicate progress and recommendations. Contribute to Einstein Discovery initiatives where applicable, troubleshoot existing solutions, and promote maintainable practices across the analytics lifecycle.
