Salesforce QA (Remote)
Position Overview
Yudrio is seeking a Salesforce QA to support a federal contract. This position is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities across Salesforce-based solutions supporting federal programs. This role ensures the delivery of high quality, compliant, and scalable systems by leading testing strategy, managing QA teams, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and government stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in Salesforce testing, federal compliance standards, and leading QA efforts within Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications
Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices
Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics
Serve as primary QA point of contact for program leadership and clients
Salesforce Testing & Validation
Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms
Validate configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce environments
Review and approve test cases, scripts, and execution results
Automation & Tools
Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar
Promote CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
Evaluate and implement tools to improve QA efficiency and coverage
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to refine requirements
Coordinate UAT efforts with government stakeholders and end users
Communicate testing progress, risks, and defects clearly to leadership Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to federal standards (e.g., Section 508, security, audit readiness)
Maintain documentation including test plans, defect logs, and QA reports
Support audit activities and provide traceability across requirements and testing
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen
Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum
Must be able to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing
2-3 years of experience leading QA teams
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
US citizen; Bachelor's degree; ability to pass federal background investigation and obtain Public Trust clearance; 5-7 years Salesforce QA experience; 2-3 years leading QA teams; experience with Agile, test management tools, and automation frameworks.
