SAP Basis/HANA Consultant

Role: SAP Basis/HANA Consultant Duration: 12 Months Contract Work Mode: Remote Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis/HANA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP system administration, ECC migrations, client copies, security roles, and SAP upgrades. The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing SAP landscapes, performing system refreshes, applying patches, and supporting SAP HANA environments. Key Responsibilities

Administer SAP Basis environments, including installations, upgrades, patches, and transports. Manage SAP HANA installation, monitoring, and performance tuning. Perform system refreshes, client copies, and kernel/support package updates. Manage backup and restore activities, High Availability (HA), and HANA System Replication. Troubleshoot SAP logs, dumps, performance issues, and system-related problems. Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams supporting AWS/Azure environments. Support S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and related Basis activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of SAP Basis/HANA experience. Strong hands-on experience with ECC migrations and SAP system administration. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, HANA Database, and Linux. Experience with transport management, system refreshes, and client copies. Knowledge of SAP security roles and authorizations. AWS/Azure cloud experience is an added advantage.
