About the Role
NetworkPedia is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ERP Professional Services Functional Lead to support and stabilize customer-project management, project billing, and related financial integration processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The ideal candidate will understand the complete customer-project lifecycle, billing processes, and Event-Based Revenue Recognition, with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues, improve business processes, and drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Professional Services and customer-project management capabilities. Manage customer-project planning, project lifecycle activities, work packages, billing elements, billing plans, and project billing. Coordinate project billing requests and related billing-document handoffs. Support integration with Event-Based Revenue Recognition, General Ledger, Controlling, time recording, expenses, and enterprise resource-management solutions. Work with SAP Fiori role-based applications, configuration lifecycle activities, and Public Cloud release adoption. Lead stabilization of customer-project and project-billing processes through severity-based and SLA-driven issue triage. Monitor and resolve recurring issues involving project setup, time and cost postings, billing preparation, project closure, and integrated master data. Maintain standard operating procedures, support playbooks, known-error records, and release regression scenarios. Drive continuous improvement in project setup timelines, billing readiness, data quality, and user adoption. Key Skills & Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience in Professional Services and customer-project management. Strong understanding of project planning, work packages, billing elements, billing plans, and project billing. Knowledge of Event-Based Revenue Recognition and integration with FI/CO processes. Experience troubleshooting project lifecycle, time and cost postings, billing, and master data issues. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and Public Cloud release management. Experience with operational stabilization, incident triage, and SLA-based support. Strong documentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
