JD 2 US: OneStream Planning & Consolidation Consultant (SAP-Integrated) Item Detail Role OneStream Functional Consultant (Planning, Consolidation, Close) Location Remote (US); occasional client travel possible Experience 5 8+ years in corporate performance management, with 2+ years hands-on in OneStream Engagement Contract (W2 or C2C) with extension potential Work authorization Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Working hours US Eastern or Central business hours Job Summary Quadric IT is seeking a OneStream consultant to support enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and close for US clients. You will partner directly with controllers, FP&A leaders and IT teams to design, configure, enhance and support OneStream solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. Key responsibilities Lead or support OneStream implementations and enhancements for planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation. Design applications, cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows and business rules with client finance teams. Configure consolidation: intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership and minority interest calculations. Support the monthly, quarterly and year-end close, account reconciliations, and management and statutory reporting under US GAAP. Build and maintain integrations between OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and other enterprise systems. Develop forms, dashboards and reports for finance users; support annual budget, rolling forecast, scenario modelling and variance analysis. Run data validation, reconciliation, unit and integration testing, and UAT support. Run requirements workshops with US stakeholders and convert them into functional designs and configuration. Provide production support, documentation, end-user training and knowledge transfer. Coordinate with our Hyderabad delivery team on build and support tasks where the engagement uses an onshore-offshore model. Required qualifications Hands-on OneStream experience across implementation and support, including cubes, dimensions, workflows and business rules. Strong working knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial close. Understanding of intercompany accounting, currency translation, ownership and consolidation methods. Experience with data integration, transformation, validation and reconciliation, including data from SAP FI/CO. Experience building reports, dashboards, forms and workflow-based processes. Excellent client-facing communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills. Preferred qualifications OneStream certification. OneStream integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. US GAAP expertise; IFRS and multi-entity or multi-currency consolidation experience. OneStream Planning, Financial Close and reporting capabilities. Scripting (VB.NET), SQL and advanced configuration. CPA, MBA (Finance) or similar finance credential. SOX control awareness for close and consolidation processes. Expected deliverables Configured OneStream planning and consolidation applications. Budgeting, forecasting and scenario-planning models. Consolidation, close and reporting workflows. Data integration and reconciliation processes. Functional specifications, configuration documentation and test evidence. Deployment support, production issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
