SAP OTC Lead

Job Description: SAP OTC Lead Location: Remote Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Lead to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) expertise, automotive aftersales experience, and the ability to lead SAP solution design, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP OTC solution design and implementation across the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle. Manage aftersales processes, including service parts, pricing, billing, returns, rebates, claims, and intercompany transactions. Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and align solutions with global SAP templates. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements. Work with SAP MM, FICO, WM/EWM, TM, and other integration teams. Support SAP configuration, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, deployment, and production support. Identify process gaps, integration issues, risks, and dependencies. Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and compliance across regions. Required Skills Strong SAP OTC functional experience across order management, pricing, billing, returns, rebates, and credit management. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts. Automotive aftersales experience, including service parts, dealer/distributor integration, claims, and logistics. Knowledge of ATP/aATP, delivery processing, PGI, stock transfers, and FI-AR integration. Experience integrating SAP OTC with MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and TM. Experience with functional specifications, RICEFW objects, and testing activities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with global teams and system integrators.
