SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Manager to lead SAP PTP/MM workstreams across implementation, rollout, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end procurement processes, along with proven experience in managing teams, driving business transformation, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP PTP/MM workstreams across implementation, rollout, and support projects. Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Management. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions. Drive process optimization, issue resolution, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams. Lead, mentor, and guide SAP consultants while ensuring successful project delivery. Support project governance, delivery planning, and overall workstream management. Required Qualifications & Skills 8+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP PTP and SAP MM. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects. Strong understanding of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and procurement processes. Experience with SAP integration across FI, SD, PP, and SAP Ariba. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA certification. Experience managing global delivery teams or large-scale transformation programs. Previous experience leading SAP implementation and rollout engagements.
