SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Hiring: Senior SAP PMO S/4HANA Project Manager Location: Remote (Candidate must be located within 2–3 hours of Middletown, PA) Duration: 12 Months Important Location Requirement Although this is a remote position, candidates MUST reside within approximately 2–3 hours of Middletown, PA. Candidates from Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, and New York City are encouraged to apply. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead Wave 2 of enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement program. This is a client-side Project Management role, responsible for overseeing the System Integrator (SI), managing multiple workstreams, and driving project delivery, governance, budget, and stakeholder alignment. This is NOT a functional or technical SAP position. Mandatory Requirements Active PMP certification. 10+ years of project management experience. Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA programs as the Project Manager. Strong expertise in MS Project / MS Project Online. Experience building and managing integrated, resource-loaded project schedules. Strong critical path, scope, budget, risk, and vendor management experience. Experience delivering complex, multi-year enterprise programs. Experience managing System Integrators and multiple vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Client-side SAP project management experience. SAP S/4HANA post-go-live, upgrade, or multi-wave program experience. Public sector, transportation, utility, or government experience. Experience with SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OnBase, and other enterprise integrations. Experience establishing project governance frameworks, RACI, steering committees, and escalation processes.
