SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors, Joule, CPI, and BTP Consultant to lead the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within a complex enterprise SAP landscape. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), along with an understanding of SAP Joule and AI-enabled enterprise capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration activities. Design, develop, and maintain SAP CPI iFlows connecting SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications. Implement SAP BTP solutions involving integration, connectivity, security, and application extensions. Assess and implement SAP Joule capabilities and AI-enabled use cases where applicable. Develop integrations using OData, REST, SOAP, APIs, XML, and JSON. Troubleshoot integration issues, manage production support, and perform root-cause analysis. Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment documentation. Lead technical discussions, review deliverables, and mentor junior consultants. Coordinate with functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and project managers. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP CPI/Integration Suite. Experience in SAP BTP services, security, and connectivity. Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and external systems. Knowledge of APIs, OAuth 2.0, certificates, and integration monitoring. Understanding of SAP Joule capabilities and AI integration opportunities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with SAP IAS/IPS, API Management, Event Mesh, CAP, or SAP Build. Hands-on SAP Joule implementation or extensibility experience.
