SBA Loan Processor / Closer, Paid Per Funded Loan (Remote, US Only) - Contract to Hire

Kimble Advisors is an SBA financing advisory firm working with franchise buyers and small business acquisitions. Our pipeline is growing fast, and we need a loan processor/closer to take signed deals through to funding. What you'll do: collect borrower documents and keep files moving, prepare SBA 7(a) loan packages, work with lenders through approval and closing, and keep me updated on each active file. What I'm looking for: experience in loan processing, closing, or underwriting support. SBA experience is a plus, but commercial lending, mortgage, or banking backgrounds are welcome too. You should be detail oriented, organized across multiple files, US based, and comfortable handling sensitive borrower financial information under NDA. Compensation: paid a percentage of each funded deal. Consistent volume for the right person, with room to grow as the pipeline scales. Remote and flexible hours. Looking to start immediately.
